All school clothing is custom ordered and printed through T-Shirt Elephant, so all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
Before placing your order, please carefully review the T-Shirt Elephant sizing chart provided for each item. For the best fit, we recommend measuring a similar shirt or hoodie that already fits well and comparing those measurements with the sizing chart.

Most orders are produced in about 10 business days, then shipped by standard courier (typically 3–5 business days within Canada). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Where offered, you can also choose free local pickup at checkout.
We collect only what's needed to process and deliver your order — your name, contact details, shipping address, and order information. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We don't sell your personal information. To access or delete your data, contact us.
By placing an order with LCA Westshore Gear Shop you confirm that any artwork, text, or personalization you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it. Custom items are produced to the specifications you submit. All prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
