Because every item is custom-printed to order, all sales are final — we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, a wrong size chosen, or other buyer error, so please double-check your sizes and personalization before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Most orders are produced in about 10 business days, then shipped by standard courier (typically 3–5 business days within Canada). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
We collect only what's needed to process and deliver your order — your name, contact details, shipping address, and order information. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We don't sell your personal information. To access or delete your data, contact us.
