What file types should I upload?
For best results, upload:
Vector files: PDF, EPS, AI, or SVG
High-res images: 300 DPI (JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF)
Our design team will try to enhance low-resolution artwork, but we can't guarantee perfect results for complex designs.
What about color matching?
Colors may vary between your screen and the printed product. This applies to both artwork colors and apparel mock-ups.
Avoid: Dark ink on dark shirts (black on black, navy on charcoal) or light ink on light shirts (white on white, grey on ash). These look good on screen but have poor visibility in real life.
Can I add names & numbers to jerseys?
Yes! Two ways to add names & numbers:

Include a list/spreadsheet with names, numbers, sizes, and font preferences
Pricing: $8.00 per name + $10.00 per number set, per shirt. We'll send an invoice after you email us.
Do you offer embroidery?
Minimum 12 items with the same design. Available on most hats, toques, polos, and select apparel.
Design requirements:
No fine details, gradients, or full-color images
Print size under 5" wide

What if an item is out of stock?
Due to just-in-time production, we may substitute out-of-stock items with equal or greater value alternatives that closely match the original. We'll notify you by email if significant changes are needed.
