T-Shirt Elephant is a Canadian custom apparel and print shop that has been printing in house since 2012. We decorate t-shirts, hoodies, hats, polos, jerseys, bags and stickers at our own shop in North York, Toronto, and we ship to every province and territory. There is no minimum order on apparel. What We Do
T-Shirt Elephant launched in 2012, and from the start we've focused on printing quality custom apparel. From our beginnings as an online start-up to growing into Canada's largest online custom apparel website, we've always strived to stay true to our beliefs, delivering quality custom apparel to our customers on time and for affordable prices.
What truly makes us different from other printers in Canada is our belief in using the newest and most innovative print methods and operating the highest-end print equipment available on the market today.
In addition, we employ over 75 staff members who are experts when it comes to customer service, graphics design, screen printing, direct to film printing, and embroidery.

How we work
Choose a product, design it in our free online studio or send us your art, and approve your proof. We print it here in Canada and ship it to you. Every order gets a free design review from our art team.
Questions people ask
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on apparel, so one shirt is welcome. Die cut stickers, magnets and buttons start at 10 pieces of one design, and every product page shows its own terms.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard production is 10 business days from artwork approval, then shipping. Guaranteed rush production of 7, 5, 3 or 2 business days is available at checkout.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, to every province and territory. Shipping is free on orders over $250; smaller orders see the rate at checkout. Canadian buyers pay no customs or duties.
Where do you print?
Everything is printed in house in Canada at our own shop at 18 Raitherm Road in North York, Toronto. We do not outsource printing.
