Standard bulk orders (2,000-10,000 units) ship within 14-21 business days. For larger orders (10,000+ units), we typically require 21-30 business days. Rush production is available for an additional fee. We recommend ordering 4-6 weeks before your event date.

Yes, all bulk orders over 2,000 units receive a dedicated account manager who handles your project from quote to delivery. Your account manager coordinates artwork approval, production scheduling, quality control, and shipping logistics.

For bulk orders, we primarily use screen printing as it provides the best quality and value at scale. Our in-house facility has 12 automatic screen printing presses capable of producing 50,000+ prints per day. We also offer bulk embroidery with 24 multi-head machines.

Absolutely. We regularly fulfill orders to multiple locations across all Canadian provinces. Our logistics team can coordinate split shipments, warehouse distribution, and individual store or branch deliveries for corporate uniform rollouts.

Yes, we provide pre-production samples for all bulk orders. You will receive physical samples with your artwork printed/embroidered on the actual garments for approval before full production begins. Sample lead time is typically 5-7 business days.

Every bulk order undergoes multi-stage quality control: incoming garment inspection, first-piece approval, in-line production checks, and final random sampling before packaging. We maintain a 99.2% quality pass rate and guarantee replacement of any defective items.

We stock Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, American Apparel, Champion, and premium brands like Nike and Adidas. For orders over 5,000 units, we can source specialty blanks and negotiate additional volume discounts.

For screen printing, we require vector files (AI, EPS, PDF with fonts outlined). For embroidery, we accept most formats and convert to DST/EMB. Our in-house art department can vectorize artwork and create production-ready files at no additional charge for bulk orders.
