Expectations were definitely exceeded. They cleaned up logo's for print to a level way beyond what I expected they would be able to. They made a minor error on the order and very promptly took care of making it right with no hesitation, a level of service you don't see these days. They even accommodated changes on the reproduction that they certainly didn't have to, definitely above and beyond. I would highly recommend based on the experience I've had with them.
I was hoping to cancel my order due to the shipping being later than expected and also had made some errors in my original order that I was hoping they could fix. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to negotiate with me since the order was already processed and I was unable to receive a refund. I have a great experience with T-shirt elephant. I ordered 50 baseball caps with a letter embroidered on them. First of all their turnaround time was amazing. They had my hats ready for me a week before the estimated completion date, which was great. The hats themselves came out way better than expected. The hats were an amazing quality and the embroidered letter on the hat looked amazing. I would definitely use T-shirt elephant again for custom hats or T-shirts.
