My first time ordering with T-Shirt Elephant, and have to say that I am very pleased and impressed. Website was easy to use to design my shirts and the delivery of my 100+ shirts arrived exactly when promised. I ordered the American Apparel T-shirt and am very impressed by the quality of the shirts themselves, as they have a nice weight, and by the printing which was spot on. Expectations were definitely exceeded. They cleaned up logo's for print to a level way beyond what I expected they would be able to. They made a minor error on the order and very promptly took care of making it right with no hesitation, a level of service you don't see these days. They even accommodated changes on the reproduction that they certainly didn't have to, definitely above and beyond. I would highly recommend based on the experience I've had with them.

I was hoping to cancel my order due to the shipping being later than expected and also had made some errors in my original order that I was hoping they could fix. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to negotiate with me since the order was already processed and I was unable to receive a refund. They made sure to have the order shipped to my preferred date and were so helpful!! T-shirts turned out amazing. Will be ordering from them again if I ever need to!!

Above and beyond service from T-Shirt Elephant! We needed some t-shirts made for our family reunion and family member's 80th birthday in Canada. Unfortunately we didn't give ourselves enough time to order, but I reached out and T-Shirt Elephant was willing to expedite our order of 30 shirts and deliver within ONE week. They underpromised and overdelivered; order arrived a day early and all t-shirts ordered met our quality expectations. Everyone was delighted with the souvenirs and memories.
