The Gildan 5000 and Bella+Canvas 3001 are our most popular choices for screen printing. The Gildan 5000 offers excellent value for bulk orders, while the Bella+Canvas 3001 provides a softer, more fitted feel.

Ringspun cotton is softer and more durable because the fibers are twisted tighter before weaving. Regular cotton (carded open-end) is more affordable but has a slightly rougher texture. For premium feel, choose ringspun.

We offer lightweight (3.8-4.5 oz) for a soft, breathable feel, midweight (5.0-5.5 oz) as the most versatile option, and heavyweight (6.0+ oz) for durability and a structured look.

Unisex t-shirts have a traditional boxy cut that fits most body types. Fitted t-shirts are tapered at the waist with shorter sleeves for a more modern, tailored silhouette. Ladies fitted styles have a contoured shape.

Light shirts work great with any ink color. Dark shirts require an underbase (white layer) for vibrant colors, which adds a slight texture. For dark shirts, bold designs with fewer colors often look best.
