Very thin lines (under 1mm), tiny text (under 5mm tall), and photographic gradients do not translate well to thread — our team will advise on adjustments if needed.

Thread Colour and Contrast

Choose thread colours that contrast well with your polo fabric colour. Dark threads — navy, black, charcoal — stand out on light polos like white, light blue, and grey. Light threads — white, silver, cream — pop on dark polos like black, navy, and forest green. Avoid placing mid-tone thread on a similar mid-tone polo, as the logo will lack definition. Consistent Placement Across Styles

The standard placement for corporate polo embroidery is the left chest, approximately 7-9 inches down from the left shoulder seam and centered between the placket and side seam.
