All delivery dates and timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we work diligently to meet estimated delivery windows, various factors beyond our control may affect actual delivery times.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that H.A.S. Novelties Ltd., H.A.S. Marketing Ltd., and T-Shirt Elephant cannot be held liable for delays in shipping or delivery, and that orders will not be refunded solely due to delivery delays or orders arriving after the estimated delivery date.
If you have a firm deadline, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to account for any potential delays. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before ordering to discuss your specific needs.

T-Shirt Elephant provides estimated delivery dates as a courtesy to help you plan your order. However, please understand the following:
- No Guaranteed Delivery Dates: All delivery dates are estimates only. We do not guarantee that your order will arrive by any specific date.
- No Refunds for Delays: Orders will not be refunded, credited, or discounted solely because they arrived after the estimated delivery date.
- Factors Beyond Our Control: Shipping carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, holidays, high shipping volumes, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.
- Plan Ahead: If you have a firm event date or deadline, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance (minimum 2-3 weeks buffer) to account for any potential delays.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with trusted Canadian carriers to deliver your orders:
- Canada Post: Our primary carrier for standard deliveries across Canada
- UPS: Used for expedited and rush order deliveries
- Purolator: Available for select deliveries and business addresses
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Carrier selection is at our discretion based on delivery location, package size, and service availability. We reserve the right to use any carrier we deem appropriate for your shipment.
Delivery Issues & Customer Support

- Delayed Shipments: If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate the status with the carrier.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or discuss next steps.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage for resolution.
- Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Service Area & International Shipping
Primary Service Area: T-Shirt Elephant primarily serves customers within Canada. Our production facility is located in Canada, and our standard shipping options are designed for Canadian destinations.
International Shipping: For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order. We can provide custom quotes for international destinations on a case-by-case basis.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Delivery timeframes for international shipments are highly variable and subject to customs processing times.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take for custom t-shirts?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after production is complete. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available and included with rush orders. Remember that total delivery time includes both production time (7-10 business days for standard, 7 days for rush) and shipping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! T-Shirt Elephant offers free standard shipping on all orders over $250 CAD within Canada. This is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the threshold.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we work diligently to meet estimated timeframes, various factors including carrier delays, weather, customs, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance for time-sensitive events.
What happens if my order is late?
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will investigate the status and work with you to find a solution. Please note that delays beyond estimated delivery times do not qualify for refunds, as all timeframes are estimates only.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet entered production. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at [email protected] for a custom quote and timeline. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
