Everything you need to know about ordering custom apparel in Canada
Orders must be placed and artwork approved by 10 AM on business days for same day completion. Orders after 10 AM will typically be ready next business day. Call us at (647) 503-5119 to confirm availability for your specific order.
No minimum order required for same day service. We can print as few as 1 shirt or as many as 100+ depending on the design complexity and our current capacity. Larger rush orders should call ahead to confirm.
Same day rush orders include a rush fee that varies based on order size and complexity. Typically expect 25-50% above standard pricing. We will provide an exact quote before you commit so there are no surprises.
Heat transfer and DTG (direct-to-garment) printing are best for same day turnaround as they require no setup time. Simple 1-2 colour screen printing may be available. Embroidery requires 24-48 hours minimum due to digitizing time.
Unfortunately, embroidery cannot be completed same day as logos must be digitized first (converted to stitch files). Rush embroidery is available with 24-48 hour turnaround. For same day needs, we recommend heat transfer or DTG printing.
