The process of creating my custom hoodie for my partner was easy and clear on T-shirt elephants site. This was my first time making and ordering anything custom and they made it super easy. About Custom Pin Buttons
Custom pin buttons are the classic wearable badge: your full-colour design printed on coated paper, sealed under a clear mylar face and pressed into a metal shell with a safety-pin back. They are quick to design, inexpensive in quantity and still the fastest way to get a message onto a crowd.
Choose from round sizes of 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2.25, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 inches, a 2 inch square, a 3 by 2 inch rectangle, and two ovals. Every size can be ordered with a pin back or a magnet back for a small added charge per piece, so one design can serve as a badge for staff and a fridge magnet for customers. The studio shows the safe area for each size so text never runs into the curl of the edge.
The print is sharp and the colours are bright thanks to the coated paper face, and the clear mylar cover protects it from scuffs and moisture in everyday wear. Buttons are made in Toronto on commercial button presses and packed flat.
They are a natural fit for schools, campaigns, conferences, fundraisers, band merch, weddings and staff identification, and they pair well with printed tees, hoodies and tote bags ordered from the same account. Most customers order one design per size, but you can add several designs to one order and each prices on its own quantity.

Most print studio products start at 10 pieces of one design, and sheets and posters start at one. The studio shows the minimum for the product you pick before you order, and the price per piece drops at each quantity break.
A PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF works. Upload the largest, sharpest version you have; the studio scales it to the size you choose and warns you if the artwork is too small to print cleanly at that size. Transparent PNGs give the cleanest cut lines.
Yes. The studio shows the finished piece, including the cut line, as you design, and you approve that view when you add it to your cart. If anything in your file needs attention we email you before printing.
Yes. Saved designs stay on your account, so a reorder is a few clicks with the same size, quantity and material, or a new quantity if you want a different price break.
