Great experience fast and efficient.
Great product! The quality was amazing, and there was a lot of creativity in creating the apparel.
First time buying a custom item from T-Shirt Elephant. Not only was the t-shirt quality and customization quality top notch, but also the site was easy to navigate and the customization feature was very user friendly. I am 100% going to be making more of my work shirts and sweaters through T-Shirt Elephant going forward!
The t-shirts turned out great! Quality material and the print looks just like the design.
My T-shirts arrived on time, look great and are of great quality. Their website is also really easy to use. I give them 5 stars and can easily recommend them.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently ordered some custom apparel for my business, PhenX Stucco & Siding. We had a few issues with the hoodies and getting everything exactly how I wanted it, but the team at T-Shirt Elephant was great to deal with.
They were patient, professional, and willing to work with me to make things right. They took the time to respond to my concerns and made sure I was looked after.
Customer service goes a long way, especially when you're running your own business. I really appreciate the effort they put in.
Thanks again to the team at T-Shirt Elephant!
Quality is great, they came fast and customer service is excellent.
Wow, blown away by the results and the customer service.
I ordered one shirt with a specific design and it turned out better then expected. Price and quality of shirt was also excellent.
This was my first order. I LOVE my new Tshirts!! Thank you for offering different colours too! These are so comfy and I will be placing another order soon!
We recently placed an order for custom event shirts and, unfortunately, there was a printing issue with our logo. After bringing it to their attention, the team took accountability and worked with us to make things right.
They arranged to have the shirts reprinted and expedited the order to ensure we received everything in time for our event.
Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them. We truly appreciate their willingness to correct the issue, their professionalism, and the effort they made to meet our deadline.
Thank you to the team at T-Shirt Elephant for making things right. Great customer service!
Very good experience.... from the flexible , intuitive shirt design system to the quality of the end product. Top quality cotton shirt.
I really enjoy T-shirt elephant. A Canadian company, the way to make a T-shirt is very easy to do and they have great selections of shirts
Easy experience good quality shirts and shipping exactly as advertised. Thanks.
Five stars. The ordering process was very easy, but the real reason for my rating is how they handled an issue with my order. It arrived slightly late, and while I was understandably upset, their team stepped up. They returned my call, remained professional and calm, and made things right. Mistakes can happen—it’s how a company responds that matters. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and will definitely order from them again.
Great print shop locally in Canada! The website designer was easy to use, prices are good. T-shirts and stickers are great quality. Shipping was fast and customer service was helpful. Highly recommend!
Was a bit hesitant given the one off cost of a custom tshirt (although the price still really isn't unreasonable), but I wasn't disappointed. It is better than I had hoped for. The shirt material quality is exactly what I had wanted (and researched for) with a vintage feel to the material, and the quality of the printed graphics couldn't be better. I'll definitely order more.
Received my shirt and it was exactly as I created it on the website. Turned out so good! The shirt itself is good quality, doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart, comfortable to wear. Design and print held up after washing as well, no cracks or breaking. Still, as with any graphic tee, would suggest washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry to give it the best chance of success.
