Received my shirt and it was exactly as I created it on the website. Turned out so good! The shirt itself is good quality, doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart, comfortable to wear. Design and print held up after washing as well, no cracks or breaking. Still, as with any graphic tee, would suggest washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry to give it the best chance of success.

DTF stands for direct to film. Your artwork is printed in full colour, with a white underbase, onto a clear film, a powdered adhesive is bonded to the ink, and the finished transfer is pressed onto a garment with heat. The design comes off the film and stays on the fabric with a soft hand, on cotton, polyester, blends and dark colours alike.
Why people choose it
No colour limits, no weeding, no minimum per design, and the white underbase means bright colour on black shirts. It is the transfer that made small-run, mixed-design apparel practical.
Why gang sheets
A gang sheet is one long strip of film, 22.25 inches wide, that you fill with as many designs as fit: a dozen chest logos, three back prints and a row of sleeve hits, all on one sheet, priced by its length rather than per design.
Where it fits
DTF for mixed full-colour designs by the sheet; printed heat transfers for individual contour-cut pieces with a specific hand; cut vinyl for one-colour lettering with a real texture.

How it works
Upload your designs, set each one's print size, and drag them onto the sheet, or let the builder pack them. Duplicate a design as many times as you need. The sheet grows in length as you add, and the price updates at each length break.
What you see
The sheet at true proportions, each design at its print size, the gaps between them, and the length and price. Nothing is hidden.
File prep built in
The builder checks resolution against the print size and warns about anything too small. Transparent PNGs give the cleanest result; the background remover handles a logo on a plain background.
One cart with everything else
The gang sheet goes into the same cart as blank garments, stickers and buttons from the same account.
A gang sheet is priced by its length, in Canadian dollars, with no per-design charge and no setup fee. Fill the width and the length you buy is the length you use.

Reading the table
Longer sheets cost less per inch. A sheet of chest logos at 3 inches each packs about seven across the width, so a 24-inch sheet holds dozens; the builder shows the count as you go.
Larger runs
For runs beyond the longest sheet, or standing orders, ask for a quote.
DTF gang sheets are the decorator's workhorse.
Small decorators
Order sheets of press-ready transfers instead of running a DTF printer, powder and curing oven. Press onto garments as orders come in.

Prepare
Cut the design from the sheet with a small margin. Pre-press the garment to remove moisture.
Press
Position film side up, press at the card's temperature and time with medium-firm pressure.
Peel
Let it cool, peel the film, then press again for a few seconds with a sheet of parchment for a softer finish.
Fabrics
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas and most dark garments. Test first on nylon and coated fabrics, or ask us to press.
DTF prints whatever is in the file, so the file matters.
Files
A transparent PNG at the largest size you have is ideal; the white underbase follows the visible pixels. SVG and PDF work for logos. A JPG prints its white background as a white rectangle unless you remove it.
Resolution
The builder checks each design against its print size and warns when it is too small.
Fine detail
DTF holds fine lines and small text better than any cut transfer, but very thin strokes under about half a millimetre can lift; keep tiny text bold.
Semi-transparency
Soft edges and drop shadows print, but the underbase follows them, so fully transparent or fully opaque edges press cleanest.
DTF prints full colour over a white underbase, so colours stay bright on black and dark garments.
Hand
A thin, flexible layer that softens further after the first wash. Large solid areas feel like a light film; a second press with parchment matte-finishes it.
Brand colours
Colours reproduce closely; an exact swatch-book match is not something a digital process promises. The builder preview is the best guide.
Pressed correctly, DTF transfers wash with the garment for many cycles.
Washing
Turn inside out, wash cold, tumble low or hang. No bleach, no fabric softener, never iron over the print.
Before wearing
Wait a day after pressing before the first wash.
