Every printed product on this page is designed in the same browser-based studio. You pick the product and material, upload your artwork or build a design from text and shapes, set the size and the quantity, and the studio shows the finished piece, including the exact cut line, alongside a live price. Change anything and both update on the spot.

Upload or build

Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF and the studio places it on the artboard, trims empty margins and traces a cut line around the art. If you have no artwork, type your text, choose a font and a colour, and add shapes or a border. A background remover lifts your logo off a white or coloured background so the cut follows the design, not the rectangle around it.

Guidance built in

The studio warns you when text is too small to cut cleanly, when a file is too low in resolution for the size you chose, and when a material only prints one colour. The warnings are plain language, not print jargon, and each one tells you what to change.

One cart with your apparel

Stickers, magnets, buttons and transfers go into the same cart as custom t-shirts, hoodies and tote bags, so an event order or a merch launch checks out once and ships together. Saved designs stay on your account for reorders.

Sticker vinyls and films

White gloss is the default: bright colour on a white base, wipes clean, water-resistant. White matte reads well up close with no glare. Heavy-duty gloss is a thicker vinyl for pieces that get handled. Holographic, glitter and prismatic films put a light-catching pattern under the ink. Silver and gold chrome give a mirror finish. Clear vinyl lets the surface show through. Removable vinyl peels off without residue. White and clear window cling hold to glass with static, no adhesive.

Magnets, buttons and posters

Magnets print on 20 mil flexible magnetic stock, the standard weight for fridges and whiteboards. Buttons print on coated paper sealed under a clear mylar face. Posters print on gloss or matte poster paper.

Heat transfer vinyls

Printed transfers use white printable heat-transfer vinyl in standard, puff and silicone versions. Cut vinyl transfers come in eight specialty finishes, each cut from a solid coloured roll: glitter, puff, hologram, metallic, silicone, flock, glow in the dark and reflective, with more than a hundred colours between them.

A note on colour: our printers lay down full colour on a white or coloured base, so clear stickers are translucent where the design has no ink. The studio previews this so nothing surprises you.

Every product in the print studio is priced the same honest way: a per-piece price that depends on the finished size and the quantity, in Canadian dollars, with no setup fee. Bigger pieces cost more per piece; bigger runs cost less per piece. The studio shows the exact number for your size at every quantity break so you can see where the next saving lands.

What moves the price

Three things: the finished area of the piece, the quantity, and the material. Specialty films and vinyls carry a small per-square-inch premium over plain white. Nothing else does: shape, number of colours in your artwork and the border style make no difference.

Bulk and business orders

Business accounts ordering for packaging, events or retail get the same live grid; there is no separate wholesale list to ask for. For runs beyond the top quantity break, or a mixed order across several products, ask for a quote and we price it by hand.

Most of our sticker, magnet and button volume comes from Canadian businesses that already order printed apparel from us and want the small branded pieces to match. The studio makes that simple: the same logo file works across a die-cut sticker, a fridge magnet, a button and a printed transfer, and everything ships in one box.

Packaging and inserts

Logo stickers seal boxes and bags, brand plain mailers and turn a shipped order into a branded unboxing. Sticker sheets give a customer several designs to keep. Clear stickers put a logo on a product without a white square around it.

Retail and storefront

Window clings announce hours and sales without adhesive residue. Posters carry a promotion at the counter. Business-card magnets stay on a fridge long after a paper card is gone.

Events and campaigns

Buttons and stickers are the fastest way to put a message on a crowd, and printed heat transfers let a small team press its own event shirts. For conferences, fundraisers and launches we can bundle the printed pieces with tees, hoodies and tote bags on one order.

Business customers order online like anyone else, and larger or recurring runs can be set up with a quote. Prices are in CAD with no duty or brokerage, which matters when you compare against US sticker sites.

Spirit-week buttons, locker stickers, fundraiser magnets and posters for the gym wall. Schools pair them with spirit-wear orders and ship everything to one address.

Teams and leagues

Cut vinyl heat transfers put one-colour numbers and logos on jerseys and practice shirts, and glow or reflective vinyl gives a night-run or a safety crew something visible after dark. Printed transfers carry a full-colour crest.

Good files make good prints, but you do not need to be a designer. The studio accepts the files people actually have and fixes the common problems for you.

Accepted files

PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF. A PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest die-cut line because the studio can trace the art itself. An SVG or PDF logo stays sharp at any size. A JPG works; the background remover can lift a logo off a plain background.

Resolution

Print holds more detail than a screen, so a small web logo can look soft when printed large. The studio checks your file against the size you chose and warns you if it is too small to print cleanly. Upload the largest version you have and the warning usually disappears.

Text and fine detail

For stickers, keep text above roughly 8 points at the finished size. Cut vinyl transfers are cut and weeded by hand, so lettering needs to be bolder; the studio flags anything too thin to cut. Hairlines, tiny islands and long thin spikes are the shapes to avoid on any cut product.

Colour

Files print from their colours in a full-colour process. Brand colours reproduce closely; exact matches to a swatch book are not something any digital sticker process promises. A proof in the studio is the best preview of the finished piece.

Print looks different from a screen, and each material shapes the result. These notes are the ones we would give you in person.

White base materials

White gloss, white matte, heavy-duty gloss, coated button paper and standard transfer vinyl print exactly as your file looks: the white base carries every colour at full strength.

Films and chrome

Holographic, glitter, prismatic and chrome materials sit under the ink, so light areas of the design show the pattern or mirror and darker areas cover it. Designs with open space and bold shapes show the effect best.

Clear and window cling

Our process prints colour without a white underlayer, so unprinted areas of a clear sticker or clear cling are see-through and light colours look translucent on the surface behind them. Bold, saturated art suits clear best. White cling has a white face and prints like a white sticker.

Cut vinyl

Cut vinyl transfers are one solid colour per piece, chosen from the roll colours in the studio. There is no printing, so no gradients or photographs, and the finish is the vinyl itself: dense glitter, raised puff, velvety flock, mirror metallic, reflective glass bead or glow phosphor.

Every material has a place it belongs. Here is what to expect, without overpromising.

Stickers

Printed vinyl stickers are water-resistant and designed for indoor and outdoor use: laptops, water bottles, phone cases, packaging, doors and signs. They stand up to hand washing. We do not recommend a dishwasher for any printed sticker. Removable vinyl is for surfaces you will want clean later; permanent vinyl for everything else.

Magnets and buttons

Magnets are printed on flexible magnetic stock made for fridges, filing cabinets and whiteboards, indoors. Buttons are sealed under a clear mylar face that protects the print from scuffs and moisture in everyday wear.

Posters

Poster paper is for indoor display. Framed or mounted, gloss deepens colour and matte cuts glare under bright lights.

Heat transfers

Pressed correctly, printed and cut vinyl transfers wash with the garment. Turn it inside out, wash cool, and skip the dryer's hottest setting and bleach. Each order ships with the press settings for its material, and our team can press onto apparel for you.

The words come up constantly and they are simple once seen side by side.

Die-cut

The blade cuts through the vinyl and the backing paper, so each sticker is its own piece in the shape of the art. This is the sticker you hand out, pack in orders and sell singly. Our die-cut stickers come in twelve materials.

Kiss-cut

The blade cuts only the vinyl and leaves the backing whole, so the sticker peels off a larger square or a sheet. Kiss-cut leaves a border of backing around the design, which protects fine edges and makes small stickers easier to peel.

Sheets

A sticker sheet is a page of kiss-cut stickers on one backing, from 4 by 6 up to 12 by 18 inches, with as many designs as fit. Sheets are the format for planners, sticker packs, product-label runs and merch bundles. Our sheets print on seven materials, including holographic and glitter.

Saved designs

Designs stay on your account. A reorder is the same design in the same or a new quantity, on the same or a different material, in a few clicks, with no artwork to send again.

Several designs in one order

Each design prices on its own quantity, and you can add as many designs as you like to one cart. A sticker sheet is the exception that helps here: several small designs on one sheet price as one item.

T-Shirt Elephant has printed custom apparel for Canadians since 2013 from our facility in North York, Toronto. The print studio products are made in the same building on our own wide-format printers, contour cutters, heat presses and button presses, by the same production team.

Every run is checked against the proof you approved in the studio before it is packed. If a file needs attention that the studio could not catch, we email you before printing rather than guessing.

Stickers and magnets ship flat in rigid mailers or boxes. Buttons are packed flat in boxes. Posters ship rolled in a tube or flat in a box depending on the size and quantity. Transfers ship flat with their press instructions.

Taxes and currency

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST or HST is added at checkout by province. There is no duty, brokerage or exchange fee because nothing crosses a border.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, and your account shows the order status at any time.

Our prices are in Canadian dollars and orders ship from Toronto, so there is no exchange rate, duty or brokerage. International sites quote in CAD too, but the goods still cross a border.

Printed vinyl is a plastic film, and it is fair to say so. Here is what each product is made of and how to dispose of it responsibly.

Stickers and window clings

Vinyl stickers are PVC film with an adhesive or, for cling, a static face. They are not recyclable in household programs; backing paper often is, depending on your municipality. Removable vinyl leaves surfaces clean for reuse.

Magnets and buttons

Magnetic stock is a flexible ferrite compound. Button faces are paper and mylar on a steel shell; the steel is recyclable where scrap metal is accepted.

Posters and paper

Poster paper is recyclable with household paper in most programs.

How we reduce waste

Pieces are nested tightly on the roll to use less material, and orders are printed to the quantity you order rather than to a stock run. Ordering the quantity you will use is the biggest saving of all, and the studio makes small runs easy.
