I recently ordered some custom apparel for my business, PhenX Stucco & Siding. We had a few issues with the hoodies and getting everything exactly how I wanted it, but the team at T-Shirt Elephant was great to deal with.
They were patient, professional, and willing to work with me to make things right. They took the time to respond to my concerns and made sure I was looked after.
Customer service goes a long way, especially when you're running your own business. I really appreciate the effort they put in.

About White Matte Die-Cut Stickers
White matte die-cut stickers are full-colour prints on white vinyl with a soft, glare-free finish, cut to the outline of your artwork. They are the laptop sticker, the premium packaging label and the illustrator's favourite, because the matte surface hides fingerprints, photographs cleanly and reads without reflection under office and cafe lighting.
Each sticker is printed on durable white vinyl and contour cut, with a slim white border or a tight cut. Any size from 1 to 23.5 inches on the longest side, any shape, priced by finished square inch and quantity at the same base price as white gloss. The studio keeps your proportions and shows the finished cut line as you design. Colours print slightly softer than on gloss, which suits illustration, pastels and hand-lettered work.
They are water-resistant and made for indoor and outdoor use; bottles, laptops, notebooks, phone cases and packaging are where they live longest. Hand wash bottles rather than using a dishwasher. The matte surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and shows scuffs less than gloss.
Tech companies order matte logo stickers for onboarding kits and conferences; creators sell matte character stickers at markets and online; small brands use them as packaging labels that look printed rather than pasted on. Order them beside printed tees and tote bags from the same account. Add a kiss-cut sheet of the same designs for sticker packs.
To order, open the design studio, upload your artwork or build it from text and shapes, choose the size and quantity, and watch the price per piece update as you go. You approve the finished proof, including the cut line, before it goes in your cart. Stickers are printed in Toronto and ship anywhere in Canada, free on orders over $250, in Canadian dollars with no duty.

White Matte Die-Cut Stickers FAQ
Common questions about ordering white Matte Die-Cut Stickers
Most print studio products start at 10 pieces of one design, and sheets and posters start at one. The studio shows the minimum for the product you pick before you order, and the price per piece drops at each quantity break.
A PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF works. Upload the largest, sharpest version you have; the studio scales it to the size you choose and warns you if the artwork is too small to print cleanly at that size. Transparent PNGs give the cleanest cut lines.
Yes. The studio shows the finished piece, including the cut line, as you design, and you approve that view when you add it to your cart. If anything in your file needs attention we email you before printing.
Yes. Saved designs stay on your account, so a reorder is a few clicks with the same size, quantity and material, or a new quantity if you want a different price break.
The printed vinyl stickers are water-resistant and made for indoor and outdoor use, including water bottles and laptops. They hold up to hand washing; we do not recommend a dishwasher for any printed sticker.
Orders ship anywhere in Canada from our Toronto facility, and shipping is free on orders over $250 before tax. Prices are in Canadian dollars with no duty or brokerage surprises.
