I recently ordered some custom apparel for my business, PhenX Stucco & Siding. We had a few issues with the hoodies and getting everything exactly how I wanted it, but the team at T-Shirt Elephant was great to deal with.
They were patient, professional, and willing to work with me to make things right. They took the time to respond to my concerns and made sure I was looked after.
Customer service goes a long way, especially when you're running your own business. I really appreciate the effort they put in.
Thanks again to the team at T-Shirt Elephant!
About Printed Fridge Magnets
Printed fridge magnets are your full-colour design printed straight onto flexible 20 mil magnetic stock, about half a millimetre thick, and trimmed to your size. Nothing is glued on: the print is on the white face of the magnet itself, so there is no paper layer to peel or curl. They are the promotional piece that stays in a kitchen or an office for years, which is why realtors, trades, clinics, restaurants and schools keep ordering them.
Magnets are trimmed square or rectangular, or punched round, in any size from 1 to 23.5 inches on the longest side. Common presets include the 3.5 by 2 business card, 2 by 2 and 3 by 3 logo squares, 4 by 4, 4 by 6 and 5 by 7 photo and menu sizes, 5.5 by 8.5 schedules, and rounds from 1 to 4 inches. Intricate die-cut outlines are not offered on magnets; for a shaped piece, see die-cut stickers. Priced by finished area and quantity with no colour limit, so photos and gradients cost the same as one-colour text.
Twenty mil is the standard fridge-magnet weight: strong enough to hold a few sheets of paper on a fridge, whiteboard, filing cabinet or steel door. It is for indoor use on steel and is not intended for vehicles or outdoor use, where heat, rain and speed need a much heavier stock. Wipe with a damp cloth, keep away from strong heat, and store flat.
Business-card magnets go out with every invoice and estimate; menu and schedule magnets hold up takeout menus and team calendars; photo magnets mark save-the-dates, weddings and family milestones. Order them beside printed tees, logo stickers and buttons from the same account so an event or open-house kit ships together. The price per magnet falls at every quantity break.
To order, open the design studio, upload your artwork or photo, choose a preset or set a custom size, pick the quantity and watch the price per magnet update as you go. You approve the finished proof before it goes in your cart. Magnets are printed in Toronto and ship flat anywhere in Canada, free on orders over $250, in Canadian dollars with no duty.

A PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF works. Upload the largest, sharpest version you have; the studio scales it to the size you choose and warns you if the artwork is too small to print cleanly at that size. Transparent PNGs give the cleanest cut lines.
