Screen printing starts at 12 bags and includes a $25 setup per ink colour per location, spread over the order ($0.25 a bag at 100). A second ink colour adds $0.50 a bag at 100, its setup included, and a one-colour print on the back adds $6.75 a bag at 100. Under 12 bags, or for photos and gradients, we print full-colour DTF with no setup. Blanks run from $3.70 to $21.95.

The Q4500 cotton sport pack is the usual choice for giveaways: the lowest-priced cotton bag, in ten colours. The Q1235 non-woven bag is lighter and slightly larger, with a 10" x 10" print area. The ATC B120 is nylon with a smoother, sportier finish in nine colours. For staff and team gifts, the Under Armour Ozsee adds a sternum clip and the Oakley Team Issue carries the Oakley logo next to yours.
We decorate drawstring bags with screen printing and DTF (direct-to-film) transfers.
Screen printing
Ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the bag, one screen per colour. It suits logos in one to eight solid colours and gets cheaper with every quantity break. Each colour carries a $25 setup per location, spread over the order. Screen printing starts at 12 bags.
DTF
Your design is printed in full colour onto a film and heat-pressed onto the bag. There is no setup and no colour limit, so it suits photos, gradients and small runs from a single bag.

Add the blank to get the price per bag. A simple logo in one or two colours is almost always cheaper screen printed; artwork with many colours on a small run is often cheaper in DTF. The design studio prices both as you design.
A printed drawstring bag is priced as the blank plus the print. Prices drop at 12, 20, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 500 and 1,000 pieces. Setup is $25 per ink colour per location, spread over the order.
On the Q4500 cotton sport pack with a one-colour logo on one side, that comes to $17.78 a bag at 12, $10.45 at 100 and $6.73 at 1,000. On the ATC B120 nylon cinch pack it is $11.14 at 100, and on the Under Armour Ozsee $22.70.
A second ink colour adds $0.50 a bag at 100, its $25 setup included. Printing the back too is a second location: a one-colour back adds $6.75 a bag at 100. Several colours of the same bag carrying the same design are priced on their combined quantity.
Shipping is free on orders over $250 anywhere in Canada. The price you see in the design studio is the price at checkout.
Cotton
The Q4500 and the larger Q4500L are 6 oz 100% cotton with a cinch-rope closure. Cotton has a soft, natural feel and is the classic giveaway bag. The Natural colour is undyed cotton, so small fibre and seed flecks are normal.
Nylon
The ATC B120 is 210D oxford nylon with a dyed-to-match drawstring. It is light, smooth and comes in nine team colours, from Royal and Red to Athletic Gold and Lime.
Non-woven polypropylene
The Q1235 is 80 GSM non-woven polypropylene: a light, reusable bag at a budget price, in Black, Navy or White, with a 10" x 10" print area.
Polyester and nylon sport bags
The Under Armour Ozsee is a heavier 50/50 polyester and nylon sackpack with a sternum clip that keeps it on your shoulders. The Oakley Team Issue drawstring backpack is 100% polyester with a braided drawcord and comes in Blackout or Team Navy.
Promotional drawstring bags work as the bag that holds everything else: race bibs and sponsor samples, conference schedules, trade show brochures. People wear them for the rest of the day, so your logo travels with them.
For large giveaways, a one-colour logo on the cotton Q4500 or the non-woven Q1235 keeps the price per bag lowest, and printing the front only keeps it lower still. Print the logo large: a drawstring bag is mostly flat panel, and the Q4500 takes an 8" x 10" print.
Order early enough to fill the bags before the event. Standard production is 10 business days, and checkout offers guaranteed dates if the event is closer.
Teams use drawstring bags for shoes, water bottles and a change of clothes. The ATC B120 comes in nine team colours, and you can mix colours of the same bag in one order. For a bag players keep for years, the Under Armour Ozsee and the Oakley Team Issue are built for daily use.
Schools and camps order them for gym class, field trips, orientation and welcome kits. The cotton Q4500 comes in ten colours, including White and Natural for bright artwork. Add the camp or school name on the back so bags are easy to tell apart.
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) print sharpest. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. We check every file before it prints, and design help is free.
The suppliers' suggested print areas are 8" x 10" on the Q4500 and Q4500L and 10" x 10" on the Q1235. Most designs sit centred on the front panel; the back takes a second design, a website or a sponsor line.
On dark bags, a light ink or a DTF print keeps the logo bright. On White and Natural cotton, any colour works.
Standard production is 10 business days. For a guaranteed date, choose 7, 5, 3 or 2 business days of production for 30%, 50%, 75% or 100% extra at checkout. If we miss a guaranteed date, we refund the rush fee.
