Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count (design complexity) and quantity. A simple left-chest logo (5,000-8,000 stitches) on 24+ polos might run $6-10 per location. Larger designs cost more. The more items you order, the lower your per-piece price.

Our embroidery minimum is 12 pieces—perfect for small Kingston businesses. You can mix styles (polos, jackets, hats) within your order as long as placement and logo stay the same. Single items available at higher per-piece rates.

Left chest logos are typically 3.5-4 inches wide (8,000-10,000 stitches). Hat logos are usually 2-2.5 inches. Back logos can go up to 12 inches. Very small text (under 0.25 inches) and fine details don't embroider well—we'll advise if adjustments are needed.

Embroidery works best with solid colours and clean lines. Gradients, photographs, and fine details don't translate well to thread. Our digitizing team will advise Kingston clients if simplification is needed and can help adapt your logo for best results.
