Everything you need to know about ordering custom apparel in Canada
Orders must be placed with artwork approved and payment received by 2 PM for next business day completion. Orders after 2 PM will be ready the following business day.
Orders placed by 2 PM Friday are ready Monday (not Saturday). For true weekend delivery, please inquire about our special weekend rush service.
Next day service accommodates orders up to 200 pieces for simple designs. Larger orders or complex prints may require 48-72 hours.
Next day embroidery is only available for designs we have previously digitized. New logos require digitizing which adds 24-48 hours.
Next day service adds approximately 25-35% to standard pricing depending on order size and complexity. We provide exact quotes before you commit.
