About Standard Printed Heat Transfers
Standard printed heat transfers are your full-colour artwork printed on a thin, soft, matte white heat-transfer vinyl, contour cut around the outline, weeded by hand and supplied on a carrier sheet ready to press. The vinyl is white under the print, so the design looks the same on a black shirt as on a white one, and it follows the fabric rather than sitting on top of it.
Transfers run from 1 inch to 19.5 inches on the longest side in any proportion: 3 to 4 inches for chest logos and sleeves, 6 to 8 for youth fronts, 10 to 12 for adult fronts and backs, and up to 19.5 for oversized backs. Photos, gradients and multi-colour logos all print with no colour charge. Keep text above roughly 8 points and avoid hairlines and long thin spikes, which cut and weed poorly. Priced by finished square inch and quantity; standard is the base price of the three printed vinyls.
Every order ships with the temperature, time, pressure and peel for the vinyl. Pre-press the garment, press with medium pressure on a heat press, and peel hot. Cotton, polyester and blends all work; test one first on nylon, coated or heat-sensitive fabrics. Pressed correctly, the transfer washes with the garment for many cycles: inside out, cold, tumble low or hang, no bleach or softener, never iron over the print.
Small brands press to order with a home press; schools and clubs press spirit shirts at a club night; families order reunion and holiday tees; decorators buy full-colour transfers to press onto customer garments. Blank tees, hoodies and totes order from the same account and ship with the transfers.
To order, open the design studio, upload a transparent PNG, SVG or PDF or build the design from text and shapes, set the size and quantity, and watch the price per transfer update as you go. The studio traces the cut line and flags anything too fine to cut and weed. You approve the finished proof before it goes in your cart. Most print studio products start at 10 pieces of one design, and sheets and posters start at one. The studio shows the minimum for the product you pick before you order, and the price per piece drops at each quantity break.
A PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF works. Upload the largest, sharpest version you have; the studio scales it to the size you choose and warns you if the artwork is too small to print cleanly at that size. Transparent PNGs give the cleanest cut lines.
