Why a 50/50 Blend?
Compared with 100% cotton, the blend gives less shrinkage, better colour retention, wrinkle resistance and quicker drying. For uniforms that get washed every week, that consistency matters.

How We Print It
Every order is decorated in our own shop in Canada, with no minimums. DTF gets outstanding adhesion on cotton/poly blends. Print areas include full front, full back, left chest and sleeves. Here's how we'd decorate it, most popular method first:
- Screen printing - our automatic press prints one colour layer at a time, for bold, long-lasting prints that are great value on bigger orders.
- DTF - full colour printed on film and heat pressed, so photos and gradients come out sharp.
- Embroidery - stitched on our multi-head machines, for a clean, premium logo on the chest or sleeve.
