Expectations were definitely exceeded. They cleaned up logo's for print to a level way beyond what I expected they would be able to. They made a minor error on the order and very promptly took care of making it right with no hesitation, a level of service you don't see these days. I was hoping to cancel my order due to the shipping being later than expected and also had made some errors in my original order that I was hoping they could fix. I have a great experience with T-shirt elephant. I ordered 50 baseball caps with a letter embroidered on them. First of all their turnaround time was amazing. They had my hats ready for me a week before the estimated completion date, which was great. The hats themselves came out way better than expected.
