The Team 365 TT11M Zone Performance Muscle T-Shirt is a sleeveless moisture-wicking performance tee built for workouts, sports, and warm-weather events. Made from the same 100% polyester interlock as the TT11 performance tee — with the sleeves removed for maximum arm mobility and airflow. It's the go-to custom muscle tee for gyms, fitness events, basketball leagues, and outdoor activities.
Custom muscle tees printed in Canada with no minimums. Free shipping on orders over $250.
Fabric & Construction

- UV protection — inherent sun protection from polyester construction
- Sleeveless design — open arm holes for maximum range of motion and airflow
- Self-fabric collar — clean, athletic neckline
- Heat-seal label — tagless comfort
- Side-seamed construction — contoured athletic fit
Fit & Sizing
- Athletic fit — modern, slightly tapered for an active silhouette

Why Choose a Performance Muscle Tee?
- Maximum arm mobility — no sleeve restriction for lifting, shooting, swinging, or overhead movements
- Maximum airflow — open arm holes provide superior ventilation in hot conditions
- Moisture management — same wicking technology as the sleeved TT11 keeps the torso dry
- Athletic aesthetic — the muscle tee silhouette is a gym and sports staple
- Layering friendly — works great under jerseys and over compression shirts
Best Print Methods for the TT11M
- Screen Printing — excellent with athletic-grade polyester inks. Bold chest and back prints are the most popular placements.
- DTF (Direct-to-Film) — outstanding on polyester. Vibrant full-colour transfers with excellent adhesion.
- Sublimation — 100% polyester means full sublimation capability on white and light colours for all-over designs.
- Heat Transfer / Vinyl — perfect for names, numbers, and gym logos. Superior adhesion on polyester.
- Embroidery — works for small left-chest logos with lightweight backing.
