Expectations were definitely exceeded. They cleaned up logo's for print to a level way beyond what I expected they would be able to. I was hoping to cancel my order due to the shipping being later than expected and also had made some errors in my original order that I was hoping they could fix. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to negotiate with me since the order was already processed and I was unable to receive a refund. I have a great experience with T-shirt elephant. I ordered 50 baseball caps with a letter embroidered on them. First of all their turnaround time was amazing. They had my hats ready for me a week before the estimated completion date, which was great. The hats themselves came out way better than expected.
