⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently ordered some custom apparel for my business, PhenX Stucco & Siding. We had a few issues with the hoodies and getting everything exactly how I wanted it, but the team at T-Shirt Elephant was great to deal with.
They were patient, professional, and willing to work with me to make things right. They took the time to respond to my concerns and made sure I was looked after.
Customer service goes a long way, especially when you're running your own business. I really appreciate the effort they put in.
Thanks again to the team at T-Shirt Elephant!

I ordered one shirt with a specific design and it turned out better then expected. Price and quality of shirt was also excellent.
This was my first order. I LOVE my new Tshirts!! Thank you for offering different colours too! These are so comfy and I will be placing another order soon!
We recently placed an order for custom event shirts and, unfortunately, there was a printing issue with our logo. After bringing it to their attention, the team took accountability and worked with us to make things right.
They arranged to have the shirts reprinted and expedited the order to ensure we received everything in time for our event.
Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them. We truly appreciate their willingness to correct the issue, their professionalism, and the effort they made to meet our deadline.
Thank you to the team at T-Shirt Elephant for making things right. Great customer service!
Very good experience.... from the flexible , intuitive shirt design system to the quality of the end product. Top quality cotton shirt.
I really enjoy T-shirt elephant. A Canadian company, the way to make a T-shirt is very easy to do and they have great selections of shirts
Easy experience good quality shirts and shipping exactly as advertised. Thanks.
Five stars. The ordering process was very easy, but the real reason for my rating is how they handled an issue with my order. It arrived slightly late, and while I was understandably upset, their team stepped up. They returned my call, remained professional and calm, and made things right. Mistakes can happen—it’s how a company responds that matters. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and will definitely order from them again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ordering custom apparel in Canada
There is no minimum order for custom yoga t-shirts, so you can order just one. Perfect for studio merchandise, teacher training programs, or retreat swag. We create apparel that reflects the mindful, peaceful yoga aesthetic.
We recommend super-soft fabrics like tri-blends, bamboo blends, or Bella+Canvas for premium feel. Flowy tanks, muscle tees, and relaxed fits are popular. The fabric should feel luxurious against skin and move freely.
Custom yoga t-shirt prices depend on the blank, which the product page shows; a one-colour screen print adds $12.04 per shirt at 24 and $6.75 at 100 on top of it. Premium fabrics like bamboo blends cost more. Volume discounts available for studios ordering for merchandise programs.
Yes! We offer water-based inks that are more environmentally friendly than traditional plastisol. These inks produce a softer hand feel that's preferred for yoga apparel, and align with the mindful values of yoga communities.
Water-based screen printing creates the softest feel, ideal for yoga. DTG (direct-to-garment) also produces soft prints with no texture. Both methods work beautifully on the premium fabrics preferred for yoga apparel.
Standard production is 10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders available for retreat deadlines or studio openings. We recommend ordering 3-4 weeks before you need the shirts.
Absolutely! We carry a wide range of yoga-appropriate styles: flowy tanks, muscle tanks, racerbacks, crop tops, and relaxed tees. Styles designed for movement and comfort during practice.
Yes! We can match specific colors and recommend shirt colors that complement your branding. Yoga studios often prefer earthy, calming tones—we stock many options in natural colors like sage, dusty rose, and oatmeal.
Yes! We carry organic cotton options, recycled polyester blends, and bamboo-based fabrics. Many yoga communities prioritize sustainability, and we can help you choose blanks that align with those values.
Custom sublimated leggings and yoga pants are also available. Contact us for details on custom activewear beyond t-shirts.
We offer soft hoodies, lightweight zip-ups, and cozy layers perfect for before and after practice. The same premium fabrics and mindful designs extend to our outerwear options.
Absolutely! Our design team can help translate your vision into a beautiful yoga apparel design. Many studios come to us with concepts, and we help create finished artwork that captures their studio's essence.
