Glow-in-the-dark cut vinyl heat transfers are one-colour designs cut from a phosphorescent vinyl that reads as pale green, yellow, blue or orange by day and glows after it charges in light. They are pressed onto garments with a heat press and are a favourite for Halloween events, night runs, kids wear, camp shirts and safety crews.
Each transfer is cut to the exact shape of your artwork and weeded by hand, then supplied on a carrier sheet ready to press. Because the design is cut rather than printed, artwork must be a single solid colour with no gradients or photographs; clean logos, lettering, numbers and bold shapes work best. The studio warns you if text or detail is too fine to cut and weed cleanly.
Sizes run from small chest logos to full-front and full-back designs, priced by finished square inch and quantity. Choose your glow colour in the studio; the same design can be ordered in several colours as separate lines. The vinyl is flexible, washes with the garment inside out on a cool cycle, and keeps glowing after repeated charges.
Transfers ship with the press temperature, time and pressure for the material. If you would rather receive finished shirts, our team can press them onto apparel from the same account, so a team order can be transfers only, garments only, or both.
