Everything You Need to Know About Custom Sticker Sheets in Canada

A custom sticker sheet is one page of vinyl printed with several designs, each kiss-cut so it peels off while the backing stays whole. It is the format planners, illustrators, small shops and product labellers reach for, because one item carries a whole set.
How ours are made
Your designs print in full colour on the sheet material you choose, then a contour cutter cuts through the vinyl only, following each design's outline. The page keeps its edge, the stickers lift cleanly, and small pieces stay easy to handle.
Kiss-cut versus die-cut
Die-cut goes through vinyl and backing, so each sticker is its own piece; see custom die-cut stickers. Kiss-cut keeps the backing, which protects fine edges and lets small or intricate shapes travel together.
Why people choose sheets
Value and variety. Several designs price as one item, a sheet packs and ships flat, and a customer gets a set rather than a single. Sheets run from 4 by 6 up to 12 by 18 inches on seven materials, including holographic, glitter, chrome and clear, and you can order a single sheet or a stack.
Sheets print on the same vinyls as our die-cut stickers, so the look of a single carries over to the set.
White gloss and white matte
Gloss is bright and wipes clean; matte reads without glare and photographs well. Both carry every colour at full strength and suit planners, labels and merch sets.
Holographic and glitter
Holographic shifts through the rainbow under the ink; glitter adds a fine sparkle. Light areas of the art show the effect, dark areas cover it, so a set with open space and bold shapes shows them best.
Silver and gold chrome
A mirror finish under the print for seals, badges and premium sets. Light colours read as tinted metal.
Clear
See-through where there is no ink, so a clear sheet becomes a set of labels that show the jar or the page behind. Our process prints no white underlayer, so light colours look translucent; bold, saturated art suits clear.

Sheets come in six page sizes: 4 by 6, 5.5 by 8.5, 8.5 by 11, 11 by 17, 12 by 12 and 12 by 18 inches. Choose the page, then place as many designs as fit with a small gap between them.
Which size
4 by 6 is a postcard-sized set for a few small stickers or a single feature design. 5.5 by 8.5 is the classic planner sheet. 8.5 by 11 is the letter-size workhorse for product labels and merch sets. 11 by 17, 12 by 12 and 12 by 18 carry large sets or bigger individual pieces.
Layout in the studio
The studio shows the page with each design in place and its kiss-cut line. Duplicate a design across the page, mix sizes, or fill the sheet with one repeated label; the price is per sheet, so the layout is up to you.
Small pieces
Because the backing stays whole, sheets suit stickers as small as half an inch. Keep text above roughly 8 points and avoid hairlines; the studio flags anything too fine.
A sheet is priced per page by its size and the number of sheets, in Canadian dollars, with no setup fee. How many designs you fit on the page does not change the price, which is why sheets are the value format for sets.

Reading the ladder
Each row is a quantity break. The studio shows the same ladder for your page size and material, so you can see when the next break pays for itself.
Larger runs
Past the top break, or for several sizes and materials, ask for a quote. Business accounts see the same live grid online.
For a business, a sheet is a label run or a branded set that ships flat and costs one price.
Product labels
Fill a letter sheet with one label repeated, or with your full range of flavours, sizes or scents. Clear sheets label jars and bottles without a white square; white matte suits packaging.
Packaging and inserts
A small sheet of logo and thank-you stickers dropped into every order gives the customer something to keep and use.
Retail and merch
Sticker sheets sell as an item in their own right at markets, shops and online, and they pair with printed tees and totes from the same account.
Events
Name and table stickers, session badges and giveaway sets on one page per attendee.
Reorders are a few clicks from your saved designs, and for standing orders our team can set up invoicing. Prices are in CAD with no duty.

Illustrators and small shops
A character set, an alphabet, a seasonal collection or a sampler of your best sellers on one page. Sell the sheet as an item, and offer the hero design as a die-cut single.

Functional sets with icons, tabs and labels sized to your layout. 5.5 by 8.5 is the classic planner page; matte suits writing on.

You can bring a finished sheet layout or build one in the studio from individual designs.
Files
PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. Transparent PNGs or vector files give the cleanest kiss-cut lines. Upload several designs and place each on the page, or one design and duplicate it.
Spacing
Leave a small gap between designs so each peels without catching its neighbour. The studio shows the cut lines and warns you when designs overlap.
Resolution
Print shows more than a screen, so upload the largest version of each design. The studio checks each one against the size you place it at.
Bleed
You do not need to add bleed; the studio handles the kiss-cut margin around each design.
White sheets print exactly as your file looks. Films, chrome and clear each change the result in a predictable way.
White base
Gloss deepens colour and adds shine; matte softens it and kills glare.
Films and chrome
Holographic, glitter and chrome sit under the ink: light and open areas show the effect, solid dark areas cover it. White in your file prints as no ink, so the film shows there.
Clear
No white underlayer, so light colours look translucent and unprinted areas are see-through. Bold, saturated designs read best.
Brand colours
Colours reproduce closely; an exact swatch-book match is not something a digital process promises. The studio preview is the best guide.
Sheet stickers are the same printed vinyl as our singles once they are peeled and applied.
Water and weather
White vinyls are water-resistant and designed for indoor and short-term outdoor use: bottles, laptops, packaging and jars. Films, chrome and clear are best indoors. We do not recommend a dishwasher for any printed sticker.
On the sheet
Unpeeled sheets store flat and dry for a long time. Keep them out of direct sun.
Application
Apply to a clean, dry surface and smooth from the centre out. Give the adhesive a day before exposing it to water.
Both come from the same printer and cutter; the difference is how they arrive.
Choose sheets when
Several designs travel together, the pieces are small, you sell a set, or you need a label run at one price per page.
Choose die-cut singles when
The sticker is the product or the seal, it is handed out one at a time, or it is large. See die-cut stickers.
Many order both
