Expectations were definitely exceeded. They cleaned up logo's for print to a level way beyond what I expected they would be able to. They made a minor error on the order and very promptly took care of making it right with no hesitation, a level of service you don't see these days. They even accommodated changes on the reproduction that they certainly didn't have to, definitely above and beyond. I would highly recommend based on the experience I've had with them.
I was hoping to cancel my order due to the shipping being later than expected and also had made some errors in my original order that I was hoping they could fix. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to negotiate with me since the order was already processed and I was unable to receive a refund.
