Custom logo stickers are your logo printed in full colour on vinyl and cut to its outline, so it goes onto packaging, laptops, windows, equipment and swag without a white square around it. They are the cheapest branded thing a company can hand out, and the one most likely to still be on someone's laptop a year later.
How ours are made
Upload the logo once. The studio traces the cut line, previews it, and prices the run live by size and quantity. We print on a wide-format printer in Toronto, contour cut, and ship across Canada in one box with any apparel you ordered.
Materials

Wide logos
A wide wordmark at 3 inches tall can be 10 inches wide; the studio prices by area, so a long thin logo is cheaper than its width suggests.
Logo stickers are priced per piece by finished area and quantity, in Canadian dollars, with no setup fee. White gloss and matte are the base price; clear, heavy-duty and effect films add a small per-square-inch premium. Shape, colour count and border style make no difference.

Reading the ladder
Each row is a quantity break. The studio shows the same ladder for your exact size, so you can see whether the next break costs less in total than the run you planned. It often does.
Larger runs
Past the top break, or for a mix of sizes and materials, ask for a quote. Business accounts see the same live grid online.
The best logo sticker starts from the file your designer made.
Vector
SVG or PDF from the brand kit prints sharp at any size and traces a perfect cut line.
PNG
A transparent PNG at least 1,000 pixels wide is fine for most sizes. The studio's background remover handles a JPG with a white background.
Small text
Taglines under a logo often drop below 8 points at 2 inches; consider a version without the tagline.
Border
A slim white or coloured border around the logo makes the cut cleaner and protects thin edges.
We print full-colour CMYK on vinyl.
Brand colours
Most brand colours reproduce closely; very bright oranges, neon greens and some blues sit slightly outside the printable range. Supply the file in the colours you want and we print the closest match.
Consistency
Reorders from the same saved design print the same way.
No white ink
On clear vinyl, white areas print as nothing and pastels look translucent.
Sticker pricing rewards volume because the setup is the same for ten pieces and a thousand.
Quantity breaks
The ladder in the studio shows the price per sticker at every break for your size. Stepping up a break often costs little more in total and leaves stock for the next event.
Mixed orders
Add as many designs, sizes and materials as you like to one cart; each line prices on its own quantity.
Reorders
Saved designs stay on your account. Reorder in a new quantity or on a new material with no artwork to send again.
Very large runs
Past the top break, ask for a quote. We price large and recurring runs by hand and can set up business invoicing.
Logo stickers are bought by the hundred and priced accordingly.
How the grid works
The price per piece drops at 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000. The studio shows the next break so a slightly larger run is often nearly free per piece.
Mixed runs
Each size and material is its own line; a 2-inch laptop run and a 4-inch window run are two lines in one order.

Sticker vinyl is a plastic film with an adhesive layer, and it is fair to say so plainly.
What it is
Logo stickers are PVC film with a permanent adhesive on a paper backing.
Disposal
Vinyl stickers are not recyclable in household programs. Backing paper often is, depending on your municipality.
Less waste in production
Pieces are nested tightly on the roll to use less material, and every order prints to the quantity you order rather than to a stock run. Ordering what you will use is the biggest saving, and small runs are easy in the studio.
