I was in charge of ordering all the swag for our family reunion (custom t-shirts and tote bags), and after a very frustrating experience with Custom Ink, I found T-Shirt Elephant at the last minute. I had been extremely clear with Custom Ink about my deadlines, but on the day I was finally ready to place the order for tote bags, they suddenly told me they couldn't get everything to Canada in time, even though they had assured me multiple times that they could.
In a panic, I emailed T-Shirt Elephant explaining that my request was urgent and asking if there was any way they could help. Not only did they respond quickly, but they delivered everything on time exactly as promised.
Then, just a week later, Custom Ink let us down again by repeatedly altering the design that my family member had worked so hard to create for our T-shirts. She was understandably upset, so I reached back out to T-Shirt Elephant with another last-minute request. Once again, they came through without hesitation, respected our design, met our tight deadline, and made the entire process seamless.
The quality of the shirts and tote bags was fantastic, and everyone at the reunion was blown away by the swag. Most importantly, the family member who designed everything was so happy to see her vision come to life exactly as she intended.

Excellent service with a short lead time. The dry-fit t-shirts I ordered were perfect and the silk screening on the front and bak of the logo and the year came out great with just the right placement. They know what they are doing and it shows in the quality of their work. I look forward to doing business again with them very soon.
They were able to resize my graphic without loss of fidelity. The printed graphic, while plastic, is well bonded to the material.
The shirt itself is a good weight, and delivery cost was reasonable, if a bit slow.

I made Tshirts for my daughter. They came very pretty, nice colours. She loves them and wears them constantly. I washed and dried them multiple times and print holds very well. Very pleased with my purchase. I’ll definitely order more.
The ordering process was easy, and the t-shirts arrived in a timely manner and seem nice. The printing was good quality. The only minor complaint I can make is that the web site gave me no updates on the progress of my order --- even now, having received the t-shirts, it still says my order is "being processed". So I had a couple of uncomfortable weeks wondering what was happening with my order and if it would even come. Still, in spite of that the t-shirts arrived within a day of the original estimate at the time I placed the order.

Embroidery uses needle and thread to stitch your logo directly into fabric. Your design is first "digitized"—converted into a stitch file that tells our machines exactly where to place each stitch. The result is a premium, textured finish that's extremely durable and professional-looking.
Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file—programming where every thread goes. This is skilled manual work that we include FREE with your order. Once digitized, your logo is saved forever for free reorders. Halifax businesses pay nothing extra for digitizing.
Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count (design complexity) and quantity. A simple left-chest logo (5,000-8,000 stitches) on 24+ polos might run $6-10 per location. Larger designs cost more. The more items you order, the lower your per-piece price.
Our embroidery minimum is 12 pieces—perfect for small Halifax businesses. You can mix styles (polos, jackets, hats) within your order as long as placement and logo stay the same. Single items available at higher per-piece rates.
Left chest logos are typically 3.5-4 inches wide (8,000-10,000 stitches). Hat logos are usually 2-2.5 inches. Back logos can go up to 12 inches. Very small text (under 0.25 inches) and fine details don't embroider well—we'll advise if adjustments are needed.
Embroidery works best with solid colours and clean lines. Gradients, photographs, and fine details don't translate well to thread. Our digitizing team will advise Halifax clients if simplification is needed and can help adapt your logo for best results.
Embroidery is the most durable decoration method. Thread won't crack, peel, or fade like prints can. Embroidered logos last the lifetime of the garment and actually look better after washing. Ideal for Halifax corporate uniforms worn daily.
