I can't recommend T-Shirt Elephant enough!
I was in charge of ordering all the swag for our family reunion (custom t-shirts and tote bags), and after a very frustrating experience with Custom Ink, I found T-Shirt Elephant at the last minute. I had been extremely clear with Custom Ink about my deadlines, but on the day I was finally ready to place the order for tote bags, they suddenly told me they couldn't get everything to Canada in time, even though they had assured me multiple times that they could.
In a panic, I emailed T-Shirt Elephant explaining that my request was urgent and asking if there was any way they could help. Not only did they respond quickly, but they delivered everything on time exactly as promised.
Then, just a week later, Custom Ink let us down again by repeatedly altering the design that my family member had worked so hard to create for our T-shirts. She was understandably upset, so I reached back out to T-Shirt Elephant with another last-minute request. Once again, they came through without hesitation, respected our design, met our tight deadline, and made the entire process seamless.
The quality of the shirts and tote bags was fantastic, and everyone at the reunion was blown away by the swag. Most importantly, the family member who designed everything was so happy to see her vision come to life exactly as she intended.

Excellent service with a short lead time. The dry-fit t-shirts I ordered were perfect and the silk screening on the front and bak of the logo and the year came out great with just the right placement. They know what they are doing and it shows in the quality of their work. I look forward to doing business again with them very soon.
They were able to resize my graphic without loss of fidelity. The printed graphic, while plastic, is well bonded to the material.
The shirt itself is a good weight, and delivery cost was reasonable, if a bit slow.

Absolutely fantastic! It was my first time printing my own artwork on a T-shirt, and the whole process was very easy. The website is intuitive and user-friendly, also shipping was extremely fast. The ordering process was easy, and the t-shirts arrived in a timely manner and seem nice. The printing was good quality. The only minor complaint I can make is that the web site gave me no updates on the progress of my order --- even now, having received the t-shirts, it still says my order is "being processed". So I had a couple of uncomfortable weeks wondering what was happening with my order and if it would even come. Still, in spite of that the t-shirts arrived within a day of the original estimate at the time I placed the order.
